Eivør grew up in the Faroe Islands, where choral singing is part of everyday life, not just the stage. Across eleven studio albums she combines Nordic folk, cinematic scope and contemporary electronics, moving from almost primal vocals to fine detail. Her voice is familiar even to those who have never heard her name: she wrote and sang music for the series The Last Kingdom and the game God of War. A rare chance to hear live a voice many know from the screen.
