Hamilton & Friends

Hamilton Cheifetz is a cellist and professor emeritus at Portland State University who has played at the White House and the Sydney Opera House; Fanfare magazine called him a superb performer. Friends of Chamber Music gives him two evenings a season, and for each he invites strong Portland musicians. This is chamber music in its original sense: friends playing together. The Old Church is a fitting hall for it.
