Portland loves to read, and Literary Arts’ Portland Book Festival long fit that love into one packed day. Now the festival fills an entire week: more than a hundred writers from across the country, events and readings, free workshops for writers, joint exhibitions with the Portland Art Museum, music and food. The Old Church is one of its venues. For readers of English, this is a week worth spending with books; all events are in English.
