France Musique calls Raphaël Feuillâtre the new face of classical guitar: the French guitarist, born in Djibouti, plays everything from Baroque to music by living composers. Chamber Music Northwest brings him to Portland, and this time the program is Latin American. One instrument, the intimate hall of The Old Church and music built on rhythm and passion. An evening for those who hear in the guitar not an accompaniment but a whole orchestra.
