“I am happiest when I am at work, when I am creating things.”
There she learned hand embroidery, lace weaving and natural dyeing. She earned a master's in pedagogy and taught school. She has lived in Portland since 2016.
She began with hand-dyed scarves, moved to nuno felting, then to intricate gowns, and opened her own workshop in 2022. Meadow in Flower, a collection built on two Klimt landscapes, walked at FashioNXT in 2023; its bridal sequel followed in 2024. In autumn 2025 Portland State University showed the gowns in its AB Gallery.
