The Black Angels

The Black Angels took their name from the Velvet Underground song “The Black Angel's Death Song.” It is an honest clue to their music: the band from Austin, Texas, plays psychedelic rock, guitar music that traces its lineage to the 1960s. They have been together since 2004. A show for those who love the Velvet Underground and a dark guitar sound.
