Upcoming events
Guitarist Vladimir Kholstinin named the band and has played in it for all forty years. Bassist Vitaly Dubinin joined in 1987 and wrote most of the band's repertoire. That same year, with Valery Kipelov singing, Aria released Geroy Asfalta, which the Soviet label Melodiya pressed on vinyl.
Mikhail Zhitnyakov has been the singer since 2011; his song Tochka Nevozvrata went into orbit at the request of the International Space Station crew. Nearly 200,000 people saw the band's stage show Gost iz Tsarstva Teney live. On its 40th anniversary Aria released its 14th studio album, Kogda Nastanet Zavtra.
The anniversary tour plays Showbox SoDo in Seattle on November 5, 2026.
